Bayston Hill Bowling Club Membership Application

I wish to apply to be a member of Bayston Hill Crown Green Bowling Club. I agree to abide by the rules of the Club which are displayed in the Pavilion and to pay the fees as decided at the Club's AGM.(Discounts for family membership) These fees should be paid by lst April each Year, please note failure to pay by this date will result in a £5 fine.

If you do not have a number you can apply for one through the Membership Secretary with a one off fee of £12 (cheques made payable to S.C.G.B.A).
